The EasyKamp.com, the EasyKamp application(s), communications, and content (collectively referred to as the "Service") are operated by Easy NC LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service provided by Easy NC LLC ("EasyKamp", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, with or without an account, you agree to these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you are unable or unwilling to agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.A “User” is someone who accesses or uses the Service in any way. “You” and “your” refer to you, as a user of the Service. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to EasyKamp, Easy NC LLC and any of its affiliated businesses.EasyKamp is designed to communicate information to caregivers to assist in discovering, planning, sharing, and reviewing children’s activities and camps. Additionally, EasyKamp is designed to assist camp and activity providers (“Providers”) in marketing and customer acquisition.1. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to Easy NC LLC’s privacy policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also informs users of our data collection practices, including the collection, use and protection of personally identifiable information (PII) from minors such as age and location.2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Competitors are not permitted to access the Service.3. Children under Thirteen
EasyKamp collects personally identifiable information about children under the age of thirteen. EasyKamp collects this information for the following reason(s):--To enable searching and filtering of camp and activity information

If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website. Minors may use EasyKamp only with the explicit permission of a parent or guardian. To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account (“Account”) . You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and are responsible for all activities under your account. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Easy NC LLC is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Easy NC LLC and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.5. Content
You may contribute reviews, texts, photos, and other content to the Service including camps, camp sessions, ratings, reviews, photos, videos, invitations, and information that you contribute to your user profile ("Your Content") . “User Content” means Content that users submit or transmit to, through, or in connection with the Service.You retain ownership of your Your Content but by submitting Your Content, you grant EasyKamp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute this Your Content in connection with our Service. EasyKamp may utilize Your Content in various ways including but not limited to public displays, reformatting, incorporation into promotional materials, creation of derivative works, and distribution. You waive any claims regarding moral rights or attribution concerning Your Content.You alone are responsible for Your Content and any personal information you disclose. You assume all risks and liability if Your Content is false, misleading or defamatory, includes illegal material and violates any applicable right; and for any reliance on its quality, accuracy, or reliability, Once submitted to the Service, it cannot always be retracted.User Content does not necessarily reflect the views or opinions of EasyKamp. You must not suggest that Your Content is in any way sponsored or endorsed by EasyKamp.Except as required by law, we retain the right to screen, remove, edit, or reinstate User Content at our sole discretion for any reason or no reason, and without notice to you.Links to Third Parties
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by EasyKamp. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or validity of these third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk. We do not verify third-party links, which can change frequently. By connecting your account to your third party account, you acknowledge and agree that you are consenting to the continuous release of information about you to others (in accordance with your privacy settings on those third party sites). If you do not want information about you to be shared in this manner, do not use this feature.7. Prohibited Uses
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use EasyKamp strictly in accordance with these terms of use.You agree not to use the Service to:
--Impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
--Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
--Collect or store personal data about other users.
--Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits others from using or enjoying the Service.
--Modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Service.8. Communication
Using EasyKamp Service or sending emails to EasyKamp constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications from EasyKamp, other Users, and Providers. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
If you opt into reminders and/or EasyKamp communications including but not limited to blogs, product announcements, noteworthy dates, Provider advertising, you agree to any means of electronic communication including but not limited to emails, push notifications, text messages (including SMS and MMS), and phone calls. You may be charged by your phone carrier for certain communications such as SMS messages.9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your Account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, or no reason whatsoever, including a violation of these Terms.
You may close your Account, discontinuing any access to or use of the Service, and providing EasyKamp with a termination email.10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Service or any content therein or connected to the Service including but not limited to Provider Data, third party links, and User Content.11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and in no circumstances shall Easy NC LLC, and/or its Providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever arising from your access and use or inability to access and use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
if you are dissatisfied with any portion of the site, or with any of these terms of use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the site.12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easy NC LLC, its affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, and directors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or an inability to use these services or your violation of these Terms.
Easy NC LLC retains the right to take over and manage the defense of any issue that you would otherwise need to indemnify, at its own expense. In such cases, you are required to fully cooperate with Easy NC LLC in presenting any defenses available.13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties. The arbitration shall take place in North Carolina. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney’s fees.
Both parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims related to these Terms and Conditions, including any Tort claims resulting from these Terms and Conditions, whether directly or indirectly. The interpretation and enforcement of this provision will be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitrator will determine the entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision. This arbitration provision will remain effective even after these Terms are terminated.14. Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration conducted under these Terms will proceed on an individual basis. Class arbitrations, as well as class, representative, or collective actions, are not allowed. Both parties agree that claims against one another may only be brought in their individual capacities and not as a plaintiff or class member in any potential class or collective action, including private attorney general actions. Additionally, unless both you and Easy NC LLC agree otherwise, the arbitrator is prohibited from consolidating claims from multiple individuals or overseeing any type of representative or class proceeding.15. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will supersede all previous versions. . Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.16. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Easy NC LLC regarding your use of the Service. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Easy NC LLC as a result of this agreement or use of the Service.Contact Us
